The Intern – Accounts Receivables role is designed for fresh graduates or final‑year students who want to gain hands‑on experience in finance operations within a multinational setting. You will work closely with the Finance, Sales, Operations, and Master Data teams to ensure the smooth flow of invoicing and collections. The internship provides exposure to industry‑grade ERP tools such as Oracle and the internal LRMB system, while honing analytical and communication skills essential for a career in finance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up and maintain business contracts in LRMB & Oracle systems.
2. Process new and recurring invoices accurately and on time.
3. Review billing transactions and resolve discrepancies.
4. Maintain accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.
5. Handle billing and invoicing queries from internal and external stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Master Data teams.
7. Prepare ad‑hoc reports for finance teams.
8. Support process improvement initiatives in billing operations.
9. Assist in month‑end and quarter‑end closing activities as needed.
10. Ensure data integrity and timely documentation of all receivable activities.
Tech Stack & Tools: Oracle ERP, LRMB (LSEG’s internal contract management system), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and basic data‑visualisation tools.
