The interview process typically consists of three rounds: technical evaluation, coding challenge, and HR. The technical evaluation round assesses your technical skills, while the coding challenge round evaluates your coding skills. The HR round assesses your communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications: Completion of foundational training or holding a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly desired. Module Support: Help implement and maintain core modules like Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management. System Maintenance: Support CMDB updates, data imports, and integration maintenance using REST API or SOAP. Testing & Debugging: Participate in testing cycles, code reviews, and help troubleshoot platform issues.
