One of the key contributions of this team is supporting the fulfillment centers in maintaining inventory accuracy. As an Associate in this role, you will be responsible for watching videos of stowing actions at fulfillment centers, understanding them thoroughly, and making best use of human judgment in combination with tools and resources to indicate the activity captured in the video. You will verify or mark the location of products through a tool while maintaining the highest level of accuracy. This process helps in maintaining the fulfillment center's stow quality. The role requires you to watch several hundred videos in a shift and provide responses by following goals on accuracy (quality), speed (productivity), and right/acceptable practices. You will be required to take breaks at pre-defined slots and ensure 6.8 to 7 hours' time per day is spent answering videos. Associates who are hired to work from home should maintain a dedicated workspace, including a table, chair, and sufficient lighting.
