As a Global Supply Chain Analyst, you will be the analytical backbone of the supply chain function, translating complex data into actionable insights that optimize inventory, reduce lead times, and improve overall cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data from multiple sources (ERP, logistics, vendor portals) to identify trends and anomalies.
2. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance dashboards using Excel, PowerBI or Tableau.
3. Support demand forecasting by collaborating with sales, production planning and procurement teams.
4. Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and suggest replenishment strategies to avoid stock‑outs or excess.
5. Conduct root‑cause analysis for supply disruptions and propose corrective actions.
6. Assist in vendor performance evaluation and scorecard preparation.
7. Participate in cross‑functional S&OP meetings and provide data‑driven recommendations.
8. Automate repetitive reporting tasks using VBA, Python or SQL scripts.
9. Maintain documentation of processes and SOPs for audit compliance.
10. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.
Tech Stack: SAP/Oracle ERP, Advanced Excel, PowerBI/Tableau, SQL, Python (basic), VBA, SAP Ariba.
