As a Junior Technical Trainer at iamneo, you'll be part of our training team while pursuing a sponsored M.Tech under the WILP model. You'll deliver live technical training sessions, run coding labs, mentor learners, and unblock them in real time when their code (or their confidence) breaks. You'll also evaluate assignments, give feedback that actually helps, and track learner progress. Additionally, you'll debug with learners and strengthen their conceptual understanding — not just their syntax. You'll develop learning content, create detailed course materials, hands-on exercises, cheat sheets, FAQs, quick-reference guides, assessments, and other learning resources. We're looking for fresh B.Tech/B.E. graduates (2025 & 2026 pass-outs) who like teaching, mentoring, and making coding click for someone else. You'll enjoy explaining concepts, debugging code without losing your patience, and want a real head start on both your career and a postgraduate degree.
