As a key member of this specialized unit, you will handle fraud and dispute cases, manage the complete chargeback lifecycle, and ensure strict compliance with association rules and PCI standards. Analyze and process fraud/dispute cases using the TDR case management system while meeting internal SLAs. 2. Manage all phases of the chargeback lifecycle, from first‑cycle retrieval to third‑cycle representment. 3. Investigate potential fraud trends and report findings to the fraud strategy team. 4. Process system‑generated retrieval requests and obtain supporting documentation from cardholders. 5. Respond to merchant challenges, assess next steps, and make decisions on pre‑arbitration and collections. 6. Conduct outbound verification calls to cardholders and cooperate with law enforcement agencies when required. 7. Mentor new hires on chargeback procedures and system usage. 8. Participate actively in team meetings, coaching sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives. 9. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of association rules, PCI compliance, and internal quality standards. 10. Generate regular reports on fraud types, dispute volumes, and recovery metrics.
