As an intern, you will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers, gaining hands‑on experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination and talent pipeline management. Source potential candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and professional networks. 2. Build and maintain a talent pipeline of both active and passive candidates to meet hiring demand. 3. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience. 4. Draft and update job descriptions and interview questionnaires in line with role requirements. 5. Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit against internal parity standards. 6. Keep candidates engaged and warm until they join, providing regular updates and feedback. 7. Leverage past applicant data to re‑engage suitable talent for new openings. 8. Assist in organizing interview schedules, assessment tests and feedback loops. 9. Track recruitment metrics and prepare analytical reports for the Talent Acquisition lead. 10.
