The Global Contact Center ITSD Tech Analyst role is part of Deloitte’s Contact Center Services, a shared‑services hub that supports internal and external users across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. As a Tech Analyst, you will be the first line of technical support, handling both voice and non‑voice interactions, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery for a global user base. Key Responsibilities: 1. Respond to inbound and outbound support tickets via phone, email, and chat, documenting each incident in the ticketing tool. 2. Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows 10, macOS, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral devices. 3. Provide guidance on Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook configuration and troubleshooting. 4. Assist users with network connectivity problems, VPN access, and internet fundamentals. 5. Escalate complex incidents to higher‑level teams while ensuring proper knowledge transfer. 6. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge articles and process documentation. 7. Participate in shift handovers, ensuring accurate status updates for ongoing tickets. 8. Mentor new hires and share best practices during onboarding sessions. 9. Collaborate with global teams to standardize support procedures across regions. 10. Track and report key performance metrics such as SLA adherence and customer satisfaction scores. Tech Stack: Windows 10, macOS, Microsoft Office 365, ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms, VPN solutions, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS), remote desktop tools, and basic scripting for automation. Growth Path: Successful analysts can progress to Senior Analyst, Team Lead, and eventually to Manager or Specialist roles within Deloitte’s Global Services line, gaining exposure to larger enterprise projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
