This is an entry‑level position designed for fresh graduates or candidates with less than 11 months of admin experience, offering a structured learning path toward a full‑fledged Executive Assistant or other business support roles. Key responsibilities include: 1. Submitting expense claims, reconciling American Express statements, and ensuring compliance with Deloitte’s UK Travel & Expenses policy. 2. Booking meeting rooms, arranging travel itineraries, and managing calendar requests for Partners using Deloitte’s internal tools. 3. Responding to ad‑hoc queries from Executive Assistants promptly and professionally. 4. Managing tickets and service requests through the ESS Service Portal (ServiceNow) following best practices. 5. Filing all deliverables and correspondence in designated Microsoft Teams folders to meet Quality Assurance standards. 6. Updating SOPs, process maps, and SIPOCs as documentation evolves. 7. Acting as an out‑of‑office contact, handling client email flow during senior directors’ absences. 8. Building strong relationships with key client EAs and establishing rapport with stakeholders, partners, and directors. 9. Providing coverage during holidays and sickness, ensuring uninterrupted support. 10. Assisting with ad‑hoc projects and tasks for senior directors and associate partners. Tech stack: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow (ESS portal), Deloitte’s internal expense and travel management systems, basic knowledge of email and calendar tools. Growth path: Associate Analyst → Analyst → Senior Analyst → Manager (Executive Assistant Services) → Senior Manager/Director.
