We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Category Management candidate to join our dynamic E-commerce team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic business execution. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Insights: Dive deep into consumer and retail data to uncover market trends, track category performance metrics, and translate complex datasets into actionable business insights. 'White Space' Identification: Actively analyze market trends, run competitor gap analyses, and evaluate customer search queries to spot emerging product categories and unfulfilled consumer demands. Cross-Functional Liaison: Manage stakeholder relationships across Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product teams. Operational Execution: Collaborate daily to ensure healthy inventory levels, optimize digital storefront displays, and support the onboarding of new vendors to expand our product assortment. Requirements & Qualifications. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for heavy data manipulation, alongside an eager willingness to learn advanced analytics tools like SQL, Tableau, or Google Analytics. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are absolutely essential, as you will be presenting data-backed recommendations directly to Category Managers and external partners. Core Attributes: A proactive problem-solver with high emotional intelligence, meticulous attention to detail, and the organizational agility to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously while thriving through ambiguity.
