The role of an Associate Analyst in the Cloud Infrastructure team involves monitoring operational dashboards, handling alerts and incidents, following standard operating procedures (SOPs), and supporting SLA-driven service delivery in a 24x7 support environment. The Associate Analyst will be responsible for monitoring ServiceNow dashboards and other operational monitoring tools, tracking, logging, and managing incidents, alerts, and service requests, following defined SOPs and escalation matrices to ensure timely resolution, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs and operational processes, coordinating with internal teams for incident resolution and follow-up, maintaining accurate records of incidents, actions taken, and status updates, preparing and sharing operational reports as required, supporting shift handovers and maintaining continuity of operations, escalating critical issues promptly as per defined procedures, and providing 24x7 operational support from office as part of a rotational shift schedule.
