The Analyst role in the Emerging ERP Solutions team focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, specifically the Supply Chain Management (SCM) module. Key responsibilities include: 1. Supporting the implementation, configuration, and testing of SCM processes in Dynamics 365 F&O. 2. Participating in requirement‑gathering workshops and documenting functional specifications. 3. Assisting in the creation of Functional Design Documents (FDD) and configuration guides. 4. Executing unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT). 5. Providing end‑user training and creating user manuals. 6.
