Key Responsibilities: 1. Update resource schedules daily on tools such as Retain and Profinda. 2. Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly. 3. Conduct proactive reviews of resource availability versus project requirements. 4. Manage the resource management mailbox and respond to scheduling requests within defined TAT. 5. Optimize utilization by balancing demand and supply across multiple engagements. 6. Generate and analyse reports on resource availability, utilization, and forecasting. 7. Support senior resource managers in risk identification and mitigation. 8. Ensure all deliverables meet EY’s quality standards and are reviewed by the next‑level reviewer. 9. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve scheduling processes. 10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the resource management function. Tech Stack & Tools: Retain, Profinda, Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI (basic), MS Office suite, email platforms, and internal EY collaboration tools.
