The role of Associate Services Specialist I – Intela Support is part of the Global Tax & Legal Support team. As an analyst‑level professional, you will be the first point of contact for users of Deloitte’s suite of digital tax applications, including the flagship Global Intela platform. You will handle incidents, service requests, and change requests, ensuring that client issues are resolved within agreed SLAs while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores. The position demands strong communication skills, a solid understanding of ITIL processes, and the ability to work in a 24×7 rotating shift environment. Key responsibilities include: 1. Respond to voice, chat, and email queries, adhering to call etiquette and response‑time SLAs. 2. Manage end‑to‑end ticket lifecycle using ITIL concepts of incident, problem, and change management. 3. Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues on Microsoft‑stack applications (ASP.NET, C#, Active Directory, DPASS) and MS Office. 4. Provision and manage user accounts for external client users, ensuring security compliance. 5. Maintain multiple support mailboxes, log all interactions, and record new defects. 6. Communicate effectively with senior client stakeholders such as Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers. 7. Monitor queue metrics (C‑SAT, AHT, FCR, schedule adherence) and strive for zero RED‑light calls. 8. Collaborate with product and development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. 9. Participate in daily support huddles, share trends, and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives. 10. Support the Tax Transformation Support Strategy and assist leadership in planning and implementation. Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceNow (preferred), Azure (preferred), ASP.NET, C#, Active Directory, DPASS, ITIL framework, ticketing tools, and basic networking knowledge. Growth Path: Starting as an Associate Services Specialist I, high performers can progress to Senior Analyst, Team Lead, and eventually Manager or Principal roles within the Global Tax & Legal Support practice.
