The HR & Client Operations Executive role is a hybrid position that sits at the intersection of internal HR management, client relationship handling, and product advocacy. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the executive will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring accurate timesheet and project tracking, and acting as the primary liaison between Infintor’s deployed resources and its corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. End‑to‑end recruitment: source, screen, interview, and onboard talent for internal needs and client‑specific projects. 2. Documentation & onboarding: manage all employment paperwork, conduct orientation, and ensure compliance with company policies. 3. Timesheet & project monitoring: track daily employee timesheets, validate billable hours, and generate productivity reports for internal stakeholders. 4. Employee engagement: maintain up‑to‑date employee records, manage leave balances, and organize team‑building activities to foster a positive work environment. 5. Monthly client reviews: schedule and conduct performance review meetings with clients, capture feedback, and drive continuous improvement. 6. Requirement gathering: engage with existing clients to understand upcoming technical resource needs and translate them into actionable requisitions. 7. Resource bridge: serve as the single point of contact to resolve operational or communication gaps between deployed staff and client managers. 8. Odoo product demos: acquire deep knowledge of Odoo HR & Payroll modules and deliver functional demonstrations to prospective clients. 9. Client training: design and conduct onboarding and training sessions for clients adopting Infintor’s HR/Payroll solutions. 10. Data analytics: use MS Excel to create dashboards that visualize employee productivity, client satisfaction scores, and recruitment metrics. Tech Stack & Tools: Odoo HR & Payroll, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), ATS tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Naukri RMS), Google Workspace, and basic project‑management software such as Trello or Asana.
