Key Responsibilities: 1. Engage with internal and external customers to capture detailed application requirements and propose optimal engineering solutions. 2. Prepare and submit high‑quality technical and commercial offers in coordination with BDMs, legal, PMO, and factory quality teams. 3. Deliver pre‑sales technical support, including product demonstrations, solution architecture, and feasibility studies. 4. Participate in pre‑order and post‑order technical meetings with sales, product management, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. 5. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system for all customer interactions and project statuses. 6. Review project specifications, seek clarifications, and obtain necessary approvals before finalizing offers. 7. Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to address any technical gaps identified during the sales cycle. 8. Assist in creating technical documentation, user manuals, and training material for customers. 9. Support field engineers during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting phases. 10. Continuously update personal knowledge on Emerson’s product suite, industry standards, and emerging technologies. Tech Stack: PLC programming (Ladder, Structured Text), SCADA/HMI tools, C/C++, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, IoT protocols (MQTT, OPC-UA), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and basic networking.
