As an intern, you will be part of the ATS team that builds, configures, and supports a suite of applications spanning Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA (Quality Assurance, Regulatory & Analytics). You will get hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end product lifecycles, from requirement gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support. Key responsibilities include: 1. Assisting in the implementation of applications across Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA product lines. 2. Providing timely support for application‑related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. 3. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (business analysts, product owners, and developers) to translate business requirements into technical specifications. 4. Participating in functional and regression testing to validate new features and bug fixes. 5. Documenting implementation procedures, support workflows, and best‑practice guidelines. 6. Monitoring application performance metrics and recommending optimization strategies. 7. Preparing user manuals and conducting knowledge‑transfer sessions for end‑users. 8.
