Monitor live transactions and merchant activities to detect suspicious patterns and potential fraud. 2. Investigate transaction discrepancies and resolve customer disputes in a timely manner. 3. Liaise with partner banks and cyber‑cell agencies to handle chargebacks and recover losses. 4. Communicate with merchants and customers to understand concerns and provide clear resolutions. 5. Prepare daily and weekly risk reports highlighting trends, anomalies, and actionable insights. 6. Contribute ideas to improve fraud detection processes and reduce monetary losses. 7. Assist senior analysts in building risk models using historical data. 8. Participate in cross‑functional meetings to align risk policies with product enhancements. 9. Maintain accurate documentation of all investigations and outcomes. 10. Stay updated with the latest fraud techniques and regulatory changes. Tech Stack & Tools: The team primarily uses SQL for data extraction, Excel for analysis, and internal dashboards built on Tableau/PowerBI. Basic knowledge of Python for scripting and data manipulation is advantageous. Familiarity with payment gateways, KYC norms, and banking APIs will help you hit the ground running.
