The Integrated Admin Analyst (Services Support Associate II) role sits within the Workplace Experience – Administrative Business Center. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of the service‑center environment, delivering accurate and timely support to Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers. The position demands strong Microsoft Office proficiency, the ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests, and flexibility to work rotational shifts across four different time windows. You will be exposed to Deloitte’s brand standards, workflow tools, and collaborative platforms, gaining a holistic view of enterprise‑level administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Produce accurate administrative deliverables and manage high‑volume assignments in a fast‑paced environment.
2. Document project activities in workflow tools while maintaining Deloitte brand standards across all outputs.
3. Draft, format, and edit correspondence, presentations, and business documents.
4. Coordinate with national and local teams to fulfill stakeholder requests across seniority levels.
5. Provide end‑to‑end support for time‑and‑expense entries, request‑for‑payment processing, Swift, and SharePoint activities.
6. Maintain and update shared drives, trackers, and knowledge bases to ensure data integrity.
7. Assist in onboarding and training of new administrative staff within the service center.
8. Conduct internet/intranet research to gather information for business requests.
9. Monitor service‑level agreements (SLAs) and proactively address any deviations.
10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline administrative workflows.
