Your day‑to‑day activities will revolve around Salesforce reporting, account hierarchy management, CRM dashboard creation, and rigorous data validation. You will also collaborate closely with headquarters and regional teams, participating in evening review calls and transition meetings to align global standards with local execution. Key responsibilities include: 1. Perform daily and weekly master‑data management tasks, including verification, activation/inactivation, and system updates. 2. Generate and maintain Salesforce reports and CRM dashboards for stakeholders. 3. Track master‑data changes, audit dormant accounts, and validate parent‑account/tier mappings. 4. Update customer billing and shipping details in QCT/Corp Oracle databases. 5. Ensure timely, accurate completion of all activities with full ownership. 6. Liaise with HQ and global region teams for reviews, transition calls, and process documentation. 7. Participate in scheduled evening calls (8 PM‑11 PM IST) for global alignment. 8. Execute ad‑hoc business and sales‑operations tasks as required. 9. Continuously upskill on tools such as CRM, Tableau, and advanced Excel. 10.
