As a Level‑1 support engineer, you will be the first point of contact for users across Zensar’s offices in Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, handling a wide spectrum of technical incidents and service requests. The position blends hands‑on troubleshooting with customer‑service excellence, requiring clear communication in English and French (B2/C1 level). You will work closely with senior engineers and the Service Management team, gaining exposure to industry‑standard ITSM tools and processes. Key responsibilities include: 1. Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents and service requests in ServiceNow. 2. Provide remote and on‑site troubleshooting for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 suite, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and VPN connectivity. 3. Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory. 4. Diagnose and resolve network issues related to LAN, WAN, and Wi‑Fi connectivity. 5. Support printer, scanner, and peripheral device malfunctions. 6. Assist users with email configuration, calendar issues, and collaboration tools. 7. Escalate complex problems to Level‑2/Level‑3 teams while ensuring SLA compliance. 8. Communicate incident status and resolution steps to users via phone, email, and chat, including French‑speaking Swiss users. 9.
