Manage learner registrations and maintain an up‑to‑date participant database. 2. Coordinate training schedules, venue bookings and examination logistics. 3. Respond to learner and supplier queries via email, phone and chat, ensuring timely resolution. 4. Prepare and verify billing invoices, track payments and support financial reporting. 5. Generate regular operational reports and dashboards for senior management. 6. Assist in the preparation of training materials and communication templates. 7. Monitor service‑level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with quality standards. 8. Support post‑training feedback collection and analysis to drive continuous improvement. 9. Liaise with internal KPMG teams to align training programmes with business objectives. 10. Contribute to process documentation and suggest automation opportunities. Tech Stack: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), basic database tools (MS Access or similar), email platforms, and learning management systems (LMS). While no advanced programming is required, familiarity with spreadsheet formulas and data visualization is advantageous.
