The Test Analyst role is a senior‑level position focused on validating firmware and Wi‑Fi features for a portfolio of connected devices. The candidate will work closely with firmware, hardware, cloud, mobile‑app and product teams to design, execute and automate test suites that ensure high‑quality releases. Key Responsibilities: 1. Define and own the end‑to‑end test strategy for firmware and Wi‑Fi features across multiple product lines. 2. Lead and mentor a team of embedded and test engineers, conducting design reviews and providing technical guidance. 3. Plan, execute, and track functional, integration, regression and system‑level testing activities. 4. Validate Wi‑Fi standards (Wi‑Fi 5, 6, 7) and network switch configurations, including RADIUS, GRE sizing, AAA, QoS and failover scenarios. 5. Develop and maintain Python automation frameworks, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation. 6. Use Wireshark and specialized Wi‑Fi chambers to capture and analyze packet flows, troubleshooting complex connectivity issues. 7. Drive defect triage, root‑cause analysis and ensure timely closure of critical bugs. 8. Define, monitor and report quality metrics such as defect leakage, pass rate and product stability. 9.
