Reporting to the Growth Analytics lead, you will own end‑to‑end analytical projects that drive user acquisition, retention and overall business performance. You will work closely with product managers, engineers and marketing teams to translate raw data into actionable insights, build dashboards that surface key metrics, and design experiments that validate growth hypotheses. Own cross‑functional analytics projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and high‑quality output. 2. Analyse large datasets to uncover patterns, anomalies and correlations that inform product decisions. 3. Build and maintain interactive business dashboards on Databricks and Tableau for senior leadership. 4. Design, execute and analyse A/B tests to measure the impact of new features and marketing campaigns. 5. Develop forecasting models to predict user growth and churn. 6. Identify new growth levers and scalable opportunities using data‑driven insights. 7. Prepare concise, high‑impact presentations for senior management and stakeholders. 8. Apply first‑principles thinking to solve complex business problems. 9. Collaborate with product and data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and instrumentation. 10. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the analytics community within the organization. Tech Stack: Databricks, Tableau, SQL, Python (pandas, scikit‑learn), A/B testing frameworks, Clevertap, Mixpanel (optional), cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/Redshift).
