The Data Analyst role is positioned within the Growth & Product Analytics team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for turning large, complex data sets into actionable insights that drive user acquisition, retention and overall business growth. The position offers end‑to‑end ownership of analytical projects, from data extraction and cleaning to building dashboards, running A/B tests and presenting findings to senior leadership. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and marketing teams to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Own analytics projects end‑to‑end, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver on time. 2. Analyze massive datasets to uncover patterns, anomalies and correlations that inform strategy. 3. Build and maintain interactive business dashboards on Databricks and Tableau for stakeholders. 4. Design, execute and interpret A/B experiments to measure the impact of product initiatives. 5. Develop forecasting models to predict user growth and churn. 6. Identify new growth levers and scalable opportunities using data‑driven insights. 7. Prepare high‑impact presentations and reports for senior management. 8. Apply first‑principles thinking to solve ambiguous business problems. 9. Work closely with product and data engineering teams to ensure data quality and availability. 10. Contribute to the automation of repetitive analytical tasks using AI tools. Tech Stack: SQL, Python (pandas, numpy), Databricks, Tableau, Looker, Clevertap, Mixpanel, Git, Jupyter notebooks, basic machine‑learning libraries.
