The Customer Team focuses on the end‑to‑end experience of riders – from onboarding, ride‑booking, payment, to post‑ride support. As a Product Manager in this team, you will own the product lifecycle for features that directly impact rider satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, designers, and operations to translate market needs into actionable roadmaps, launch experiments, and measure impact. Key responsibilities include: 1. Define and prioritize product roadmap for rider‑facing features based on user research, data analysis and business goals. 2. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover hidden pain points and validate hypotheses. 3. Write clear PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria for cross‑functional teams. 4. Partner with engineering to ensure timely delivery of MVPs and iterative improvements. 5. Design and run A/B tests, monitor KPIs such as NPS, ride completion rate, and churn. 6. Analyse large datasets using SQL/BigQuery to surface insights and drive data‑backed decisions. 7. Collaborate with design to craft intuitive UI/UX that aligns with Rapido’s brand. 8. Communicate product vision and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders. 9. Mentor junior PMs or interns and contribute to the product community within the company. 10. Stay updated on market trends, competitor moves and emerging technologies in mobility. Tech stack commonly used includes Python for data analysis, SQL/BigQuery for querying, Tableau/Looker for dashboards, and agile tools like Jira and Confluence. The product team follows Scrum with two‑week sprints. Growth path: Successful PMs can progress to Senior Product Manager, then Group Product Manager, and eventually Head of Product for a vertical.
