As a fresh‑graduate developer, you will join a high‑performing agile squad, contributing to the full software lifecycle – from requirement analysis and design to coding, testing, deployment and production support. Key responsibilities: 1. Propose and document technical solutions aligned with business requirements. 2. Design, develop and unit‑test Java 21 back‑end services using Spring Boot 3, JPA/Hibernate and PostgreSQL. 3. Build responsive front‑end components with Angular 16+, Bootstrap and accessibility best practices. 4. Implement CI/CD pipelines on GitLab/Jenkins, enforce code quality with SonarQube and manage containerised deployments on Docker/Kubernetes. 5. Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to clean‑code and DDD principles, and maintain coding standards. 6. Provide L3 support, monitor production environments and resolve incidents promptly. 7. Collaborate closely with Application Managers, Business Analysts, QA and DevOps teams in a "one‑team" approach. 8. Contribute to test strategy – unit, integration and user‑acceptance testing – and assist in regression cycles. 9. Document technical designs, APIs and operational procedures. 10. Continuously up‑skill on cloud platforms (IBM Cloud), middleware (WebSphere) and emerging fintech trends.
