The Trainee – Finance Operations role is an entry‑level position designed for recent B.Com/M.Com graduates who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in the Record‑to‑Report (R2R) cycle. Working under general supervision, the trainee will support the finance team by handling routine clerical tasks, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. Key Responsibilities:
1. Enter financial transactions into the ERP system with high accuracy.
2. Verify invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents for correctness.

5. Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
6. Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation.

10. Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory reporting requirements.
Tech Stack & Tools: Primarily SAP FI/CO, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and internal document‑management systems. Basic knowledge of data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI is a plus.
Growth Path: Successful trainees can progress to Finance Analyst, Senior Analyst, and eventually Finance Manager roles, with opportunities to specialize in areas like Cost Accounting, Treasury, or Financial Planning & Analysis.
