Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR 1+ years of equivalent work experience. Good development experience using Azure resources and services. Good exposure to Azure DevOps (VSO), Git, and modern engineering practices. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Hands-on experience or exposure to React and/or other JavaScript frameworks is a plus. Good experience using Microsoft technology stack and/or other languages (.NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#, PowerShell, SQL). Ability to use App Insights and Kusto for troubleshooting and operational analysis. Good verbal and written communication skills.

You will leverage modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency and code quality. You will analyze telemetry, logs, and operational data to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and improve service reliability. You will contribute to team knowledge repositories and maintain accurate technical documentation. You will partner with peer teams to deliver solutions and support broader business objectives. You will follow Responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance requirements when building and operating software solutions.
