The Banking Process Associate role is positioned within the Customer Success and Operations wing of Tech Mahindra’s BPM division. The associate will work from the client location in Hitech City, Hyderabad, handling voice‑based interactions for banking customers. The primary focus is to deliver a seamless, customer‑centric experience through inbound and outbound calls, accurate documentation, and actionable Voice of Customer (VOC) insights. Key responsibilities include: 1. Handling inbound and outbound calls with professional etiquette and clear communication. 2. Acting as a trusted advisor, understanding customer queries and providing timely resolutions. 3. Following up on open issues and updating customers within agreed timelines. 4. Recording every interaction in the designated CRM system (e.g., Salesforce or MS Dynamics) as per standard operating procedures. 5. Capturing detailed notes and key takeaways for future reference and analytics. 6. Generating VOC insights and sharing them with the process improvement team. 7. Adhering to a total of 9 working hours per day, including scheduled breaks and shift rotations. 8. Maintaining punctuality, attendance and compliance with login/logout policies. 9. Continuously updating process knowledge through daily briefings and training modules. 10. Collaborating with team members to meet service level agreements and quality benchmarks.
