Candidates will work in a 24/7 rotational shift model, handling inbound and outbound voice calls for international customers. The position provides extensive on‑the‑job training, exposure to industry‑standard ITSM tools, and a clear growth trajectory from L1 support to senior technical roles. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Provide L1/L2 technical support via phone, email and chat for international voice customers. 2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and peripheral issues on Windows desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices. 3. Use ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HPSM or CA Service Desk to log, track and resolve incidents. 4. Perform user management tasks in Active Directory including password resets, account unlocks and group modifications. 5. Support Microsoft Office 365 suite – Outlook, Teams, Excel – and resolve related configuration problems. 6. Assist with VPN, Citrix and Exchange connectivity issues. 7. Conduct remote troubleshooting using remote desktop tools and guide users through step‑by‑step resolutions. 8. Maintain accurate incident documentation and ensure SLA compliance. 9. Participate in knowledge‑base creation and share best practices with the team. 10.
