Participate in shift hand‑overs and ensure continuity of service. 8. Adhere to SLA commitments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 9. Tech Stack: Windows 10/11, Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS), Active Directory, ServiceNow, Office 365, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS), remote desktop tools, and ITIL v4 fundamentals.
