The Data Analyst role in the Branch and Retail Banking division is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about turning raw data into actionable business insights. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will revolve around gathering data from CRM systems, digital platforms and third‑party sources, cleaning and preparing it for analysis, and building visual dashboards that help stakeholders monitor campaign performance. You will work closely with marketing, product and business teams to translate numbers into strategic recommendations that drive higher conversion rates and improved customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, execute and evaluate marketing and customer‑engagement campaigns by analysing performance metrics.
2. Collect, cleanse and integrate data from CRM, web analytics, and other digital platforms.
3. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Looker or similar tools.
4. Generate actionable insights and present findings to cross‑functional teams.
5. Collaborate with marketing, product and business stakeholders to align analytics with campaign objectives.
6. Document analytical processes, methodologies and results for knowledge sharing.
7. Stay updated on emerging analytics techniques, tools and industry trends.
8. Assist in ad‑hoc data requests and support continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Participate in regular review meetings to track KPI progress and suggest optimisation tactics.
10. Contribute to a data‑driven culture by promoting best practices in data handling and visualisation.
Technical Stack: Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, Google BigQuery, Power BI, Looker, and Excel is advantageous. Familiarity with data visualisation principles and statistical concepts will help you succeed.
Growth Path: Starting as a Data Analyst, you can progress to Senior Analyst, Analytics Lead, and eventually to roles such as Manager – Data & Analytics or Head of Business Intelligence, depending on performance and continued learning.
