You will be the first point of contact for candidates, managing their application journey from screening to interview scheduling, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Key responsibilities include: 1. Screening and shortlisting candidate applications based on job requirements. 2. Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates. 3. Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process. 4. Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms. 5. Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers. 6. Supporting employee onboarding and documentation processes. 7. Updating employee records and HR databases. 8. Assisting in the creation and maintenance of HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation. 9. Handling day‑to‑day HR queries and providing administrative support. 10. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure HR processes run smoothly. The role requires proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, familiarity with recruitment platforms, and a basic understanding of HR processes and the recruitment lifecycle. Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask in a dynamic environment.
