Rotate through 3‑4 core departments over the 12‑month period to understand end‑to‑end business processes. 2. Contribute to day‑to‑day project tasks, including data analysis, documentation and stakeholder coordination. 3. Prepare and deliver presentations for internal teams and senior leadership. 4. Assist in preparing evaluation reports, performance metrics and project assessments. 5. Participate in all scheduled training sessions, workshops and webinars. 6. Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic initiatives. 7. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve real‑world business problems. 8. Receive and act on continuous feedback from mentors and managers. 9. Document learnings and create knowledge‑transfer artifacts for future apprentices. 10. Support the HR and recruitment team during campus drives and onboarding activities. Tech Stack & Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), basic programming knowledge (Python/Java), SQL for data queries, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and project‑management tools such as JIRA or Trello. Growth Path: Successful apprentices are typically offered full‑time roles such as Business Analyst, Associate Engineer, Marketing Associate or Operations Specialist, depending on performance and interest.
