**Role Summary**
The Email/Back Office Executive will act as a claims examiner, reviewing incoming claim documents, validating information against client guidelines, and either approving or denying claims. The role also involves flagging incomplete submissions, routing them for additional information, and ensuring that each claim is processed within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT) and quality benchmarks.
