As an HRIS Business Analyst, you will become the bridge between HR business partners and the technology that powers their daily operations. You will work closely with the HR COE teams, understand compensation and benefits processes, and translate those needs into functional configurations within Workday – Strada’s core HRIS platform. Your role will involve gathering requirements, performing impact analysis, configuring solutions, testing integrations, and supporting post‑implementation issues. You will also stay abreast of new Workday releases, recommending enhancements that drive efficiency and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the HR technology partner for Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits modules. 2. Gather detailed business requirements from HR Business Partners and translate them into Workday configurations. 3. Configure, test, validate and implement business process changes in Workday. 4. Act as a Tier‑2/3 escalation point for complex system issues. 5. Assist in testing integrations, security setups and annual HR events. 6. Maintain master data such as security roles, job catalogue, organization types, positions and locations. 7. Conduct impact analysis for new releases and recommend optimisation opportunities. 8. Provide knowledge sharing and mentorship to the HRIS team and client stakeholders. 9. Participate in scheduled and ad‑hoc training sessions to enhance policy and process knowledge. 10. Document functional specifications, test cases and user guides. Tech Stack: Workday HCM, HRIS configuration tools, SQL for data extracts, Excel for reporting, basic scripting for integrations, and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence. Growth Path: Starting as an HRIS Business Analyst, you can progress to Senior Analyst, HRIS Team Lead, and eventually HRIS Manager or Product Owner, with exposure to global HR transformation projects and cross‑functional leadership opportunities.
