2. Develop and tailor risk management frameworks that align with client‑specific regulatory and operational requirements.
3. Conduct control assessments, testing, and documentation to validate the design and operating effectiveness of existing controls.
4. Leverage data analytics tools (Excel, PowerBI, SQL) to generate insights that support risk‑based decision making.
5. Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and present findings to client stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams – technology, finance, audit – to recommend process enhancements and automation opportunities.

10. Support senior consultants in client workshops, training sessions, and implementation of risk mitigation plans.
**Tech Stack & Tools**: Advanced Excel, PowerBI/Tableau, SQL, basic Python/R for data manipulation, risk management software (e.g., RSA Archer), and collaboration platforms such as Teams and SharePoint.
**Growth Path**: Starting as an Analyst, high performers can progress to Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, and eventually to Partner, with clear exposure to multi‑industry projects, leadership training, and global mobility opportunities.
**Why Join EY?** EY offers a structured career journey, world‑class training programs, and the chance to work on transformative projects for leading TMT firms.
