The Analytics team sits at the heart of Navi’s operations, supporting five verticals – Business & Product Analytics, Credit & Credit Risk Analytics, Collections & Biz‑Fin Analytics, Self‑Serve and Automation. As a Data Analyst in the central analytics hub, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the data ecosystem. You will be responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights, building dashboards that surface key performance indicators, and automating repetitive reporting tasks to improve operational efficiency. Collect, clean and maintain large datasets from multiple internal and external sources. 2. Ensure data quality, consistency and accuracy through validation checks. 3. Perform exploratory data analysis using SQL, Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and statistical techniques. 4. Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI for senior leadership and functional teams. 5. Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports highlighting trends, anomalies and performance metrics. 6. Identify process bottlenecks and propose automation solutions using scripting or ETL tools. 7. Collaborate with product, credit, collections and engineering teams to define data requirements. 8. Document data pipelines, reporting logic and dashboard usage guidelines. 9. Participate in data‑modeling initiatives to improve data accessibility across the organization. 10. Stay updated with emerging analytics tools and best practices to continuously enhance the analytics stack.
