📋 About the Role
CertifyOS is a fast‑growing technology platform that specializes in credentialing, licensure and continuing medical education services for healthcare providers across the United States. Founded by a team of healthcare compliance experts, the company leverages automation, data analytics and a robust cloud‑based infrastructure to simplify complex regulatory processes for hospitals, clinics and individual practitioners. With a client base that spans major health systems and independent providers, CertifyOS has positioned itself as a trusted partner in the ever‑evolving landscape of medical compliance. The organization prides itself on a culture of continuous learning, transparency and a strong emphasis on work‑life balance, offering employees the flexibility to work from anywhere while staying connected through modern collaboration tools.
The Operations Analyst role is a remote, entry‑level position designed for fresh graduates who are eager to dive into the world of data‑driven operations within the healthcare domain. As an Operations Analyst, you will act as the bridge between CertifyOS’s technology platform and its customers, ensuring that credentialing and licensing workflows are executed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for researching provider information, validating data, and communicating with both internal teams and external clients to resolve queries and drive project implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Research, interpret, and evaluate provider licensure and CME information for US‑based healthcare professionals.
2. Complete credentialing, licensure and payor enrollment applications on behalf of CertifyOS customers.
3. Validate and authenticate data entered into the credentialing platform, maintaining 100% accuracy.
4. Communicate with providers and clients via email to request additional information when needed.
5. Assist in monitoring new client implementation projects and ensure smooth onboarding.
6. Summarize research findings and draft clear guideline documents for customers.
7. Participate in ad‑hoc projects such as process improvement initiatives and data quality audits.
8. Maintain detailed logs of interactions and updates in the CRM system.
9. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, compliance and support to resolve operational bottlenecks.
10. Continuously update knowledge of US healthcare regulations and platform enhancements.
The role primarily uses Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for daily tasks. Familiarity with basic data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau, as well as exposure to CRM platforms like Salesforce, is advantageous. While programming is not mandatory, a working knowledge of Python or SQL can accelerate data‑driven decision making.
Career growth at CertifyOS follows a clear trajectory: Operations Analyst → Senior Operations Analyst → Team Lead → Operations Manager. High performers are given opportunities to lead larger client implementations, mentor new hires, and contribute to product enhancements. The remote‑first model allows you to develop a professional network across the country while enjoying the flexibility of a work‑from‑home setup.
Why join CertifyOS? You will gain hands‑on experience in a regulated industry, develop strong analytical and communication skills, and work alongside seasoned professionals who value mentorship. The company’s commitment to continuous upskilling, coupled with a supportive remote culture, makes it an ideal launchpad for freshers aiming to build a long‑term career in operations and data analytics.
