We are looking for high-potential graduates with a strong analytical and technical mindset to support data and system-driven transformation within Technical Accounting. This role focuses on enabling business processes through an internal platform used for data processing, validation, and reporting. The individual will work at the intersection of data, systems, and business logic, helping translate requirements into structured, scalable solutions. This is not a transaction processing role — it is focused on data, systems, and implementation enablement. The individual will support onboarding and preparation of datasets into internal systems, work with large datasets to analyze, clean, and validate data quality, assist in developing data transformation logic and basic automation solutions, perform data quality checks and identify inconsistencies or gaps, support system testing and output validation for business scenarios, and collaborate with Technical Accounting teams, Data / analytics teams, and IT / system implementation teams. The individual will contribute to improving data accuracy, process efficiency, and system usability. To be successful in this role, the individual should have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, interest in working with data, systems, or coding, high attention to detail, ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment, and effective communication and collaboration skills. The role offers an opportunity to work on data and system transformation initiatives within a global organization, gain exposure to internal platforms supporting large-scale business processes, build skills in data, analytics, and process automation, and grow into roles across data, systems, and transformation functions.
