The Agentic AI Developer role sits at the heart of Sutherland’s AI practice. You will get hands‑on experience with large language models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and multi‑agent orchestration frameworks, contributing to products that power everything from document understanding to intelligent virtual assistants. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop and deploy agentic AI systems that combine LLMs with external tools and data sources. 2. Build robust RAG pipelines for both structured and unstructured data, ensuring high relevance and low latency. 3. Implement multi‑agent workflows for tasks such as OCR, document parsing, and data extraction. 4. Develop RESTful APIs and micro‑services using Python and FastAPI to expose AI capabilities to downstream applications. 5. Optimize model performance by monitoring accuracy, latency, and reliability, and iteratively improving prompts and pipelines. 6. Integrate vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and OCR engines (e.g., Tesseract, Azure OCR) into the AI stack. 7. Deploy and manage AI services on cloud platforms, preferably Azure, using Docker containers and CI/CD pipelines. 8. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—data engineers, product managers, and UX designers—to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 9.
