Liaise with relocation and tax vendors to validate compensation data and ensure seamless hand‑over to payroll. 5. Prepare monthly and year‑end compensation reports and generate accurate payroll instructions within stipulated cut‑offs. 6. Maintain and update the Assignment Management Tool (AMT) database to guarantee data integrity. 7. Generate, review, and archive assignment documentation in line with audit standards. 8. Collaborate with case managers to continuously improve operational processes. 9. Support cross‑functional teams across geographies through effective communication and documentation. 10.
