Perform data validation, quality checks and ensure adherence to KPMG’s review standards. 4. Maintain and update review trackers, dashboards and status reports for senior management. 5. Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, action items and follow‑up communications. 6. Assist in preparing audit trails and documentation required for regulatory compliance. 7. Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the review process. 8. Respond to stakeholder queries promptly and provide clarifications on review outcomes. 9. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting automation opportunities. 10. Participate in training sessions and knowledge‑sharing forums to stay updated on industry best practices. Tech Stack & Tools: MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, Oracle Cloud HCM, basic data analysis tools, and collaboration platforms such as Teams and Slack.
