Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML. 2. Implement server‑side and client‑side scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and UI Policies. 3. Create and customise Service Portal pages, widgets, and CMS content to enhance user experience. 4. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP web services. 5. Perform configuration of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) adhering to ITIL best practices. 6. Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and support defect resolution. 7. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and agile ceremonies. 8. Document technical designs, configuration steps, and knowledge‑base articles. 9.
