Your primary responsibilities will include processing invoices within the specified turnaround time, meeting daily targets for invoice allocation, and maintaining an accuracy rate of 99.5% or higher. You will also be responsible for providing timely and accurate settlement of vendors/customers in accordance with company policies and procedures. To excel in this role, you will need to possess basic knowledge of financial rules, service level agreements, and compliance requirements. You should also be familiar with system knowledge to extract information for further analysis and research. Additionally, you will be required to resolve basic invoice discrepancies and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
