Interns will work directly with senior analysts and cross‑functional stakeholders to design, build, and monitor analytical solutions that power CRM campaigns, churn analysis, and growth experiments. This is a hands‑on position that offers exposure to production‑scale datasets, modern analytics tools, and real business impact. Key responsibilities include: 1. Write and optimise SQL queries in ClickHouse to generate cohort, retention, and campaign performance datasets. 2. Develop Python scripts for data cleaning, automation of repetitive analyses, and creation of reusable analytical modules. 3. Support CRM campaign analysis in WebEngage, including segment definition, journey performance tracking, and A/B test result interpretation. 4. Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Redash for senior leadership and functional teams. 5. Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover churn drivers and identify retention levers. 6. Document analytical findings, insights, and recommendations in Notion for knowledge sharing. 7. Collaborate with backend engineers, data engineering, and marketing operations to ensure data integrity and timely delivery. 8. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new growth initiatives and provide data‑backed feasibility assessments. 9.
