Assisting in the configuration and administration of the Smart Recruiter platform. 2. Supporting end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job requisition creation to candidate onboarding. 3. Collaborating with clients to gather functional requirements and translate them into system specifications. 4. Conducting data migration, validation and reporting activities. 5. Preparing documentation, user guides and training material for client teams. 6. Participating in daily stand‑ups and sprint reviews within an Agile delivery model. 7. Troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with the technical support team. 8. Learning and applying best practices in HR analytics and talent acquisition. 9. Contributing ideas for process improvement and automation. 10. Maintaining compliance with data privacy and security standards.
