As a Customer Service Associate at Accenture, you will be part of the Retirement services team. You will have experience in the US retirement industry specifically 401k, 403B, Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined contribution, Client Service Management, Plan document, Plan Implementation Process of inputting, updating, or managing information in various digital formats. This includes tasks such as typing data into spreadsheets or databases, verifying accuracy, and ensuring that information is organized and accessible. Data entry services are often outsourced to specialized providers for efficiency and accuracy in handling large volumes of data. You will be responsible for strict adherence to non-disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality. You will comply with all client policies, procedures, and Federal/State/Local regulations and escalate issues to the management. You will research on any queries/requests sent by the Business Partners/Client Support Teams and reply the same with minimum response time. You will take active participation in process improvements and automation. You will ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to. You will adhere to client SLAs. You will identify potential areas that require additional controls. You will have excellent organizational skills with the ability to identify and prioritize high-value transactions. You will complete assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU. You will create and update procedure documents while ensuring that the standards are followed. You will have the ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and have good verbal and written communication skills. You will have the ability to work well in a team and have good time management skills. You will be able to work independently and have a bachelor’s degree. Experience in the US retirement industry is mandatory.
