Book and manage loads in the Transportation Management System ensuring optimal routing and cost efficiency. 2. Monitor shipment lifecycle, load boards and team mailboxes to provide timely updates and resolve issues. 3. Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with customers, carriers and receivers. 4. Perform accurate data entry, load creation and updates across logistics platforms. 5. Execute exception management by identifying, analysing and resolving standard and knowledge‑based issues. 6. Communicate professionally with customers through email and phone, delivering clear status reports. 7. Facilitate customer calls, provide proactive risk alerts and coordinate with cross‑functional teams. 8. Maintain, document and continuously improve SOPs for logistics operations. 9. Generate, validate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly operational reports. 10. Reconcile shipment data across multiple reports and systems to ensure data integrity. 11. Support training sessions for customers or internal stakeholders on system usage and processes. 12. Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings and efficiency enhancements. 13.
