Facilitate customer calls, provide proactive risk alerts and coordinate with cross‑functional teams. 8. Maintain, document and continuously improve SOPs for logistics operations. 9. Generate, validate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly operational reports. 10. Reconcile shipment data across multiple reports and systems to ensure data integrity. 11.
